The following terms and conditions govern your use of this website.

This website is owned and operated by the Cedar Creek Community Services Corporation, Inc. (CCCSC), Cedar Creek Village I Association, Inc. (CCVI), and Cedar Creek Village II Association, Inc. (CCVII), collectively the Cedar Creek HOA (CCHOA).

Creating a member account and/or logging into this website constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not continue using this website.

Membership: You do not need to have a membership to the website to use it, however, some sections of the CedarCreekHomeowners website may be restricted to members only. The administrators of the website control which sections are restricted to members only. You must have a valid email address, and must activate your member account through this email address. You may need to be approved by an administrator, before your member account becomes active. You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member.

Your account is subject to removal / deactivation / suspension / etc. and anytime, without prior notice, and can be removed either by the administrator, or by HOA Express.

Copyright Infringements: By posting information, files, data, etc. of any kind to the CedarCreekHomeowners website, you agree that the content is yours, and not infringing on any copyrights. If you believe that the website contains information, files, data, etc. that infringes on a copyright, please notify the administrator immediately.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions: The Cedar Creek HOA may revise or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. When posted to the CedarCreekHomeowners websites, the changes will be considered effective. Your continued use of the sites after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Personal Information: Each user has a choice of whether or not he / she wants to be included in the community directory. Please note that if you choose to be included in the community directory, your information may be visible to other individuals with accounts on this website. If you choose to be kept out of the directory, your information will only be made available to the Cedar Creek HOA, its Boards, Committees, and the Webmaster.

CedarCreekHomeowners may collect information while using this site, including, but not limited to, when you sign up for an account. Our use of such information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Third Party Sites: During your use of the CedarCreekHomeowners website, you may be linked to third party websites. You agree that the Cedar Creek HOA has no control over such websites, and that your use of those websites is subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policies, etc. of those websites. You also agree that you will hold CCCSC, CCVI, and CCVII harmless for content on those websites.
